I am opposed to SB 171 "AN ACT ESTABLISHING A STATE-WIDE TAX ON REAL PROPERTY" and SB 1024 "AN ACT CONCERNING ZONING AUTHORITY. In a significant number of Connecticut towns, properties assessed for over $300,000 are modest homes not mansions. Additionally zoning needs to remain local.
