I strongly oppose SB 171 - a statewide property tax. I also oppose SB 1024 - state control of our zoning laws.

This proposed Tax is another burden to middle class home owners. At $300k this amount is far too low, at minimum should be about $700k if at all. No state controlled local zoning period.
