For many, it's easier than ever to telecommute. These bills will drive taxpayers out of the state.

Woke-ism run amok. State government is a financial and administrative disaster--why would we want the clowns in Hartford to run our towns?

this proposal would inflict significant cost and density to all of CT - which translates to higher taxes. CT can not afford to lose more people and jobs. Also - why would the terms be limited to specific areas of towns - isn't that discriminatory? are you suggesting that diversity is for in town only? access to areas which are less dense are not attractive to a diverse community?

Local zoning controls and local administration of property taxes best serve each community. Why change if it works!

This must be stopped. Keep it local because we know our community best.

As a realtor who works across many CT communities, I strongly believe local zoning controls and local administration of property taxes best serve each community.

I strongly oppose both bills. The state does not and cannot effectively manage the zoning decision process in local towns. Statewide taxing of real estate would be a first and continue to erode Connecticut's competitive position. Please stop the advancement of these bills.
