I have been a Stamford resident for my over 50 years and this mansion tax or any hike in taxes is ridiculous. I suggest getting rid of the sanctuary state we can utilize the money for better things. We live in one if the richest state why impose more taxes? People will leave this state and no business will stay. We need to do away with things like sanctuary state this is no benefit for the citizen of connecticut. Also, getting foxwood on board with mohegun sun gaming will help bring in revenue.

No more taxes, no more wealth redistribution, we are losing CT’s wealthiest to Florida and putting more tax burden on the middle class every time we add or increase these taxes

These two acts would kill Greenwich as we know it. I can't believe our Governor would allow these acts to take place in the first place.

We have high taxes in this state. We do not need another. We need to look at reorganizing the funds we receive now. Families have to work on a fixed unchanging budget and so should the state of Connecticut.
