SB 171 definition of mansion is flawed. Reflect on what mansion means and it is not based on assessed value. Local municipalities already tax real estate and this would be double taxation.

Please stop this superflous taxation. Legalize marijuana if you want extra revenue.

This is why everyone is leaving for Florida. Don’t drive more of us out.

We are starting to see more home buyers coming to our State. Don't bite off your nose to spite your face. No more tax increases. What a turn off to living here! The mansion tax is absurd! And, Greenwich is faring very well with our current zoning plans and laws developing low income housing. Laissez faire. Don't rock our boat. This state and federal desire to control our towns us outrageous. Where has logic gone in our already jeopardized society? I have been l living here since '72, in real estate for 36 years. I have witnessed the negativity of these illogical decisions. STOP!
