Control needs to stay at the local level, with input from the people who live there, NOT ruled by the State. One size NEVER fits all!

CT is already one of the most expensive states to live and die in with all it's taxes and is driving people out to other states. We don't need another tax i.e. the mansion tax. Further we came to CT because of its ambiance and the proposed bill for apartments, etc, will change things for us and add to our consideration to move out. Please drop these bills.

I am totally opposed to this proposition of new property taxes and control of zoning.
This would result in urbanizing our beautiful suburbs.

Revenue is not the problem with this state, spending is. Address that issue before you drive more people from this state.
