This would negatively impact our homes and only serve to increase property taxes.

To dramatically change the structure of communities people have already bought into is a terrible idea.

Adding more taxes during a pandemic is a terrible idea.

A mansion should not be considered a property about $300,000. Many property assessments are too high and some properties with such amounts are lived in my people living on social security. Our taxes are high enough in our town now so it is not necessary for the state to add additional taxes. We do not live in mansions but regular condos and houses.

In this day and time to consider a property with the assessed value of $300,000 as a mansion is ludicrous. Placing a "cookie cutter" tax across a state which has a wide variety of towns and cities is a huge mistake. This will only drive people out of Connecticut I am opposed to blanket zoning changes that do not take into account individual town's concerns. Connecticut used to symbolize individual towns with their own character, not a urban environment that disregards our New England roots.

IT is not fair to the American to paid additional taxes especially with this pandemic that prevent them to go to work and earn a regular salary

Opposed...truly ridiculous bills that would only drive people out of CT, "promote" CT as a place you would not want to live or work, and hurt the State short and long-term!

Strongly oppose the statewide property tax bill. The city tax is already high, heavily burden on the daily life of the citizens.
