I oppose the mansion tax on all houses 300,000 or higher. This would include everyone in our town. It is not fair to the hard-working middle-class people who are already struggling to pay higher taxes.

No house in Norwalk, Ct. in lower Fairfield County is under 300,000, and even those in the upper Fairfield County are not priced this low. In fact, I have not seen a decent house in Connecticut anywhere for under $300,000. This is ridiculous. I will be watching every move this team of Representatives and Senators make and work till I drop to see that anyone who supports this Bill will NOT BE re-elected

This is all part of AGENDA 21. Soon you will be forced to allow part of your own home to make space for an undocumented. I kid you not! There are already 2 such housings, 1 next to SONO train and the other next to Fire house and on 95.

A $300,000 house in Fairfield County is not considered a mansion or wealth home by any means. I'm barely making living in Norwalk with the amount of tax I currently pay for my small Cape Cod home. I have lived in Fairfield County my entire life, but now seriously looking into moving to a state that supports the middle class and seniors.
