The owner of this unique, classic house has evidently allowed it to reach its current state of dishevelment for the past 6 years for his own ulterior motive- demolition. Let's continue to preserve the legacy and heritage of Palm Springs. Don't let this pass! It is one of the fundamental reasons people from all over the world travel to this town, to view our diverse examples of historical architecture within a beautiful desert landscape.

Is very important to preserve historical places for our generations to come! Wherever I go I always look for old buildings that can tell us about the history of people from the past! Is unacceptable to erase our History! I personally am tired of the same new buildings everywhere I go instead of the unique personal story an old building tells me!

Dr. franker was my mothers doctor an amazing man. I also went to school with one of his sons. It is so sad to see that much of what or how we remember Palm Springs is being updated or taken away. This is a beautifully classic home. It has character, heart & soul. There are many memories this house holds. To tear it down just for personal capital gain is insane & should not be permitted to occur. This is a part of our history in one way or another.
