You say this cross cannot be on public property. As a member of the public this I feel as if I am afforded a say in rhis matter. For years the cross has been a staple of Maryland tradition. Do not take away from tradition. Those who are easily offended should grow up and realize there a different people out there with different views.

Save the Peace Cross and stop screwing around with history. This was a memorial to 49 men who fought and died for this country. As it is a memorial, the ground it sits on is sacred and It should not be disturbed.
