We moved to Georgetown because we love the small town atmosphere. Not opposed to the original proposal but the integrity of the old building must be reproduced.

I am sickened that this is even being concidered. The whole downtown is going to be destroyed and turned into a horrible glass walled strip. No hustiry, no charm and no love, have you seen Brantford? Had done and half crackhead city! Georgetown is NOT a major city. It is a historic and amazing place with arts and culture. That's why my husband and I go, we love it and see the potential in its history.

This monstrosity of a building will ruin our small town charm. Old downtown Georgetown needs to be left alone.

It needs a better design that more reflects the heritage of old down town. Georgetown. A chunk of glass doesn't cut it for me.

Please dont ruin our lovley downtown. The images that have been presented so far makes it look like this building they are planning is not going to fit in very well.
