Leave it OPEN to the public. Why not revitalize the area to the MUNICIPAL BEACH we all know and Love. My Family that also remain living there in the direct neighborhood, love the Beach. It is a place of Solace for some and Fulfillment and enjoyment for many.
KEEP IT REAL and Leave it to the PUBLIC!!

Privatizing Sunset Beach would be a gross error.

Leave the beach in the hands of the public. You have already destroyed Port Dalhousie with development. And Jones beach. Port Weller is our last place to take the kids and just enjoy.

Please preserve this area to enjoy the view for what it was renamed for: Sunset Beach. Small area for 12 volleyball courts! Insufficient parking for tourist area and government can allocate their spenditure elsewhere!

We have 4 generations who lived & still live in Port Weller. The beach has always been public & it should stay that way.

Open spaces are for everyone, not for the enjoyment of a select few who wish to monopolize and profit from natures beautiful spaces.

Totally disagree with the idea of the volleyball courts at. Municipal Beach
Port Dalhousie would be a better choice

I agree that a barrier and 10 courts are too much. There would not be a beach left. It is being used more and more by families and should be kept as a family destination.

KEEP THIS BEACH OPEN! I grew up in St. Catharines and moved to Port Colborne for work, yet my wife and I still bring our kids to this beach every summer! We choose MUNICIPAL BEACH (now sunset beach) over any beach up here along Lake Erie. Please keep it open, do not sell off another chunk of land to some organization. We're running out of places to just simply enjoy... Everything nowadays cost a buck!

Please do not take away public access and don't let the big corporations take over our beaches
