The community we have, has passed down through the years a tradition that is special to everyone that lives here. This is one of the reasons I moved into this community. Let’s keep this neighborhood the way it is.

The current roads are 2 lanes for one mile going south and east. These roads were not meant for and eight story commercial building

I want Kings Creek Village to remain the same it has been for 40 years... with small convenience stores, restaurants & professional offices that serve it's immediate neighbors... not big buildings and more traffic that will destroy our friendly atmosphere. I love living in Kings Creek... it's a Jewel that we must protect.

I stronly oppose the proposed development. This is a residential community with smaller sized buildings and homes according to the deeds and covenants of the development. This "Project" does not belong here and would not fit in the neighborhood. Horrible idea!! Please do not let this happen to our beautiful neighborhood!

The friendly neighborly atmosphere at Kings Creek Village is threatened by planned massive buildings at our KCV Shopping Plaza.
We can STOP its new Owner's plans by signing this Petition - and getting our neighbors to sign also!
