Chief Wahoo has been a huge part of the Cleveland Indians' organization for almost 60 years! It has been adored and cherished as the main logo ever since its creation in 1947. It is meant to be an exaggeration of a cartoon Native American, with no intent of racism whatsoever. Many Native Americans and Clevelanders support Chief Wahoo completely.
