The Willows should remain free of alcohol establishments, allowing individuals and families to enjoy sun, sand, food, and amusements, within a safe, sober environment. Also, the neighbors deserve to have it that way, too!

There are no shortage of places around Salem where alcohol can be enjoyed. We should also have places like The Willows where individuals, families and our sober community can enjoy an alcohol free environment.

The Willows is a wonderful place for families with young children. Allowing establishments to sell alcohol would change the environment.

We do not need a bar/tavern at a family park. This space would be best used as a coffee shop since there are none in this park and people do visit year round.

This is definitely not the place for any type of alcohol of any kind.. to many families come here to have a fun day not deal with obnoxious people who have had to much to drink and then get in there vehicles and drive the mayor needs to get his head out of the sand and wake up and smell the coffee that is my opinion

The City of Salem and others have long recognized that the absence of alcohol sales has contributed to the Willows' history of being a welcoming, family friendly seaside spot.
No alcohol at the Willows
