Are we punishing truth now ?? It is written right in the vaccine insert .... Are students being taught only selectively accurate information ?? This is absolutely unacceptable.

I had 2 kids at this school during this exact incident and the education he presented is exactly the information we had already shared with our kids. I believe in informed consent.

This teacher is intelligent enough to do REAL research and learn the truth about vaccines, unlike anyone in mainstream media and medical "professionals" who have been taught nothing but lies in school. As a "role model", I commend him for questioning the propaganda that's been shoved down the throats of everyone for hundreds of years. I think it's his duty to at least tell the students to consider the possibility they've been lied to and to do the research for themselves. The truth is coming out soon whether the naysayers want to face it or not. I can't wait!

INFORMED CONSENT is being ignored at public health clinics and at mass school vaccination clinics. The nurses/ people administering vaccines are breaking the rules and this man has stood up to say that's not ok. He should not be punished simply because he opened students eyes to their right to informed consent.

Reading vaccine inserts is exactly what everyone should do before receiving a vaccine. It is a medical procedure which requires "informed" consent. This teacher was educating his students and should not be penalized for reading printed information available for all to view on the CDC website. This is outrageous!

Since when is sharing the truth unprofessional?! It is actually typed in black and white, and does include very serious side effects, including death, on each pharmaceutical vaccine insert. If that nurse felt intimidated it was bc she was so fearful of being caught not getting informed consent prior to administering medical treatments to multiple vulnerable children. Fever and sore arm hardly touches the surface of what can actually happen and she was entirely unprofessional and even breaking code for proceeding without true informed consent. They should go after her!
He is a hero and should be an example for other teachers to open children's eyes to the whole truth and to critically think!

It is a sad day when a teacher is under fire for sharing the truth. Medical personnel are required to provide informed consent, which means they are required to share the contraindications with all patients prior to the procedure and ask if they wish to proceed. The nurses should be on trial, not the teacher. They should be grateful he stepped up to ensure the best interests of the children were served. Schools are for learning, not for medical procedures on children away from their parents and doctor. Perhaps instead of focusing on a teacher reading the label to students, focus should be on respecting the established medical consent laws.

What is wrong with teaching students to check facts before consenting . Critical thinking is a lost skill for the youth of today.

Way to go Jacob. Informed consent regarding any medical procedure is a human right in my opinion. Thanks for sticking up for Mr. Sullivan.
I'm with you on honesty regarding vaccines
Informed concent should be upheld .
