This teacher was right. Informed consent means having information first. People die every day from vaccines. Everyone should be aware of the risk.

How is it wrong to teach children to think for themselves? I am a teacher and I do it all the time! Do we want them to grow up into robots? I hope not, because that means we are no longer educating, we are indoctrinating!

This is absolutely ridiculous. This man has every right to inform children of the risks of vaccines when the medical representative themselves are not fulfilling their job of doing the same. Especially if the children were to be getting the HPV vaccine which, through studies, have been shown to be more risk than they are good. Every medical representative giving vaccines should give all the potential side effects of the vaccine and the ingredients. No one should be given any drug that the ingredients or potential risks are not disclosed. This man is more responsible than the nurses doing their jobs. He should be applauded for considering the safety of the students of the school. Canada is a free country and is not a dictatorship. This is only a slur against this man for standing up for truth in science.

Why is he being fined for stating public information? Sounds like something bigger is behind this!

A sad day in Ontario. The medical industry has now captured our schools. Where will children be safe?

What are schools teaching our children if not to be honest or to read simple ingredients before putting them out body. Reading a package insert for a medication is what all pharmacist ask you to do when picking up a medication! This information is available on the CDC website. Therefore this teacher was doing nothing wrong. He was just informing his students of something that is public knowledge. It has nothing to do with anti-vaxx or pro-vaxx. Let the man get back to his job!

Mr. Sullivan, bravo for teaching your students to seek out the truth and make a truly informed decision! Isn't this what we should be teaching our children?? It's unfortunate and truly ludicrous that he is being punished for his actions!! I would be more than happy to ensure my children were appropriately educated and learned their rights to question the status quo! One thing is for sure, you've stirred up a lot of questions..and ignited a renewed passion for learning and current events!

This man did what he thought was best for his students. When the corruption in the vaccine industry is exposed I hope his persecutors remember to apologize to him.

Since when is teaching kids to think for themselves, how to make informed decisions, to learn how to fact check & to stand up for your own decisions "professional misconduct"?

Everyone has the right to informed consent. Everyone should be provided with the vaccine inserts. Everyone should be made aware of the risks. Everyone should make their own choice when it comes to vaccines or any other invasive medical procedure. Everyone needs to be aware of what's happening to our rights and freedom. Everyone must make their voice heard.

Same old tactic...beat up on the messenger to deflect from the truth of the message.

As an 11th grade student in Guelph, sully sounds like an awesome teacher only trying to do inform the students. Sully doesn't deserve to be fired

He was only informing the students. Kudos to him! Wish more teachers would stand up and inform students. He obviously cares for his students to notify them of the dangers. He should be acknowledged for how much he cares for his students lives!

This subject has two sides and as an open society and part of freedom of speech Mr. Sullivan should be commended not reprimanded
