The best Head teacher I've ever come across and was a pleasure to come across him on tiktok recently he was Head at my youngest sons high school n he is now turning 30 his bubbly n erratic nature is wot makes him xx

I am currently fighting for a diagnosis for my daughter who attends this school. Mr Yates has been outstanding at times were I felt despair through my daughters struggles with anxiety and attendance.

staff working under a leader have to be managed. Sometimes a conspiracy is developed because they reject being managed. We need more managers who manage and staff underneath have to accept his management to get quality results. It will be staff causing trouble . It’s them who need terminating not him . Good luck , i have heard do many good reports about him . The complainants should follow the leader!

As an ex governor of this school and Broad Oak I would plead for the reinstatement of this charismatic and very different but so committed head . I believe the welfare of the school and the current and future pupils require it.

I have know David Yates for many many years and he is an inspiration to many children and a total asset to any high school
