Disgusting behaviour by the education sector! This man needs his job back and a very heavy apology! A sue case will be filed!!

He is my sons headteacher at tottington high the school has come on leaps and bounds we DO NOT need another hungry strict head teacher than just wants a promotion and to treat the kids like an army and soldiers in their ranks we need a teacher like mr Yates to remind our kids they are in fact that just KIDS still the fun in school has been sucked out for years BRING HIM BACK!! PLEASEEEE

I do not know this teacher or have attended myself or have children that have been involved in any schools this gentleman has been the head teacher of but it’s clear he is very loved by many. I bet his heart feels warm seeing the support and if the rumours are true, I hope he can get back to doing what he is clearly passionate about and does a very good job of. He sounds like a legend.

I’ve read a lot about this head teacher and I can only see positives.. I’ve seen past post on social media where he literally lights up the room with his positive energy, charisme and on going passion to make students feel happy and thrive in their school environment. It’s only when a child is comfortable in their environment that they will thrive and feel comfortable to learn. This head teacher as done this by being positive and energetic and we all need that in our lives. Stay strong Mr Yates

He was teacher trainer at midi tech and he was so great they kept him and we all loved him then. What on earth is going on here

He was the best head he stopped my bulling when I had haad my sisters dreads about the bad head teachers I was scared since Mr Yates joined they didn't complain he didn't care about renovating the school but rewarding the kids for their achievements despite mental health issues

I don't know Mr Yates. I've read lots of parents testimonials praising him. And I'm all for anyone that is caring, compassionate to all their students.

Mr Yates is the one of the nicest people out there. He has been an inspiration and role model to all his students past and present, and has always given everything he has to any role he has held in school and his students. What a huge mistake.

He was a good teacher at my old school and a brilliant headteacher at this school

This man is so selfless and will do anything for his pupils .
