Reinstate Mr Yates as Headteacher at Tottington High School

This is so unfair !!!! We need good teachers !!!

I love mr yates, I was a student at litherland high school I really hated it, when my yates came in it made me want to stay, he gets to know every student very well to get an understanding of how different each one of his students are, Mr Yates is a fantastic principle who helped me through very difficult time and he was the only teacher in my high-school who truly understood me, he won litherland high school best school award, so give Mr Yates a chance, he's a brilliant principle and many others would agree with me too.

I don’t know this school or headteacher, I do have a child with multiple complexed needs anyone that can make a school work for these kids and for them to be heard deserves to be treat like the champion they are. X

School is especially hard in this day and age where so many neurodivergent children are on a system that simply doesn’t work for them. Here is a HT who is making a positive impact. Reinstate him for the sake of the children, teachers and also for the wider society.

My grand daughter loves the school now they have a head who is there for the students she didn't like the school when she first started but sine this head has been here she wants to stay

Mr Yates is an excellent headteacher. He did an amazing job for my son who has autism an went to Litherland High.

This is the problem with British education they all want it to be like a prison camp and believe me that strategy dose not work for a lot of children no matter how old they are you make it fun and you will find that children will thrive and achieve their goals and the school goals all you have to do s look at all the changes and how the children interact with those changes by learning more and be more settled in school less bullying the teachers have reported mr Yates want a school full of bullying and it’s always the child who gets bullied or does not achieve the grade the teachers wants always get chastised not the bullies and not the teachers which I think is absolutely disgusting. Education is for children not for teachers and their teachers all think they should be in a prison camp these teachers and the board of governors or whoever else is supporting these teachers want to be ashamed of themselves the Ofsted need to step in and realise that children learn better by making it fun and more interesting to learn not like it was when I was at school sit quiet children should be seen but not heard. This is absolutely disgusting children all little adults and they have their own opinion and every child has a different way of learning. If I was the parents and mr Yates does not get reinstated. I am sorry but I would take this further to the highest person in education in that area. Or I’d even take it to mps that are in charge of education

Only reason I put my daughter in Litherland high schools but unfortunately he left to go to his new school but would love him back at Litherland

I’ve had my children at this school for the last 7 yrs Mr Yates has made so many wonderful changes the kids and parents love him

He good at his job sack the ones that whinge

This man saved my boys life. I hope he is ok

He was the best thing in my daughter education.. so sad when Sutherland high school closed (Heywood community school) as my youngest son hated school but I know mr Yates would of helped him through his struggles

Reinstate him.

He was my sons teacher in litho high and was a amazing head teacher and as support through lock down on his live videos keeping everyone in the loop as help advise an support was amazing wish he came back to litho high as he’s the type of headteacher we all need

Couldn't have coped with school without this man
