Don't allow control of the environment to be removed from Manatee County. This development will cause a traffic nightmare.
The Commission has the responsibility to protect our natural resources. Please don't abdicate that responsibility.
VOTE NO on Aqua Bay.

The proposed Aqua by the Bay development would overwhelm our current infrastructure and cause great damage to the shoreline. Please don'rt allow this to happen.

These over developers with carpet bagged mentalities, with little regard for the environment and how what they do adversely impacts neighborhoods, need to be held accountable and stopped. What makes Florida special is the very thing that they destroy.

Everything about this is wrong. The county should realize, people love Manatee for the nature, the fishing and wildlife. What they also love is no high rise buildings in the county.

I am deeply opposed to Aqua By the Bay plans that are designed to destroy the environment for a few extra dollars in profit. Why not use the protection of the environment as a selling point for the development?

Density needs to be controlled due to vulnerability of the estuary environment that is in the designated area.

I'm a resident of Paradise Bay Estates, also on Sarasota Bay/Gulf of Mexico and the impact of all the dense housing, boating, traffic will be a definite catastrophe for this region. NO, NO, NO, a thousand times, NO.
