There's every reason to say no to Longbar Pointe/Aqua by the Bay. I live near the intersection of Palma Sola and Cortez, and the road infrastructure now is unable to handle existing traffic, let alone when all the add'l proposed homes are built. And AMI, where all the new residents will want to go? Pretty much already beyond its carrying capacity. Don't overburden W. Bradenton even more. Please say no.

We need any and all open green spaces/mangroves left untouched and pristine as we are losing them at a rapidly alarming rate.

I have watched the destruction of a once beautiful location for over 50 years. It angers me that more is coming. Why does every empty square foot of land have to be filled with construction? As a wildlife advocate, too many animals and birds have already lost their homes, and I'm about ready to sell mine and leave the area.....

It is now law in Florida (Florida Statute section 163.3178(2)(f)) that sea level rise be taken into account when considering appropriateness of development along the coast. Even without that law, approving a plan that "preserves" mangroves in a way that will, in fact, kill them, is totally unacceptable. With the law, this project should absolutely not be approved as proposed.

This is an unnecessary development. There are already an over-abundance of new homes in Manatee County.

Why would this project be approved? A horrible seawall, too high buildings and the mangroves that provide free protection from storms compromised! NO to this project.

Carlos Beruff is trying every way he can to get around the laws that were made for protecting this beautiful area.

These developments need to stop, there are quite a few old homes in Bradenton/Sarasota that could be updated and/or renovated. Stop destroying the ecosystem and putting unsightly, resource wasting master planned developments in their place.

We need to preserve this shoreline for the wildlife. Also our roads cannot handle that much more traffic. It is overrun now. We must save our environment. for future generations.

To allow these violations of law and of our environment and these last remaining mangroves and bird and sea life in this area would be a permanent destruction which could never be repaired. PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW THIS DESECRATION to our natural shoreline by yet another developer!
