Please do not give in to developers and preserve this pristine open space for us all to enjoy, but most particularly, let the birds enjoy!

Deny the general development plan for Aqua by the Bay! We already have too many housing developments and not enough unspoiled shoreline!

If the shoreline isn't better protected every one is going to pay when a hurricane hits: New Orleans learned that the hard way.

Bradenton needs to think of its wild life that live in this area. This is what makes it beautiful place to live.

This is a beautiful area of Sarasota Sound and we need to preserve our estuaries and allow this natural area to remain undeveloped in this time when sea levels are rising the sea temperatures are increasing. Keep the development back where the tomato farms were.

This proposal also poses a safety hazard to surrounding properties as the seawall, as well as a "wall" of elevated land, will deflect any storm surge to the properties on either side of LBP thereby endangering lives, destroying property and roads, and generally making an already hazardous condition much worse--this is part of the reason the land is a Coastal High Hazard Area. Please stop this proposed development.

Please help keep Sarasota Bay healthy and beautiful! We can talk about new developments when the empty ones we have are full.

Please do the right thing. Protect our environment. Tourism and fishing depend on it.

Is an extreme approach available?

In light of the current administration and because of the current state of Florida's waterways, building such a development could be catastrophic to our wildlife. What we need right now, for our state and for our future generations are conservation efforts that will carry on the breadth of protection that we have been fighting for, for far too long!

SAVE LONG BAR POINTE! NO HOUSING DEVELOPMENT THERE, PLEASE! The birds need this sanctuary for nesting and roosting. Their loss of habitat, due to human interference, is substantial. NO AUQa by the bay! none!

Our resources are being diminished more and more every day. It's vitally important the we protect what is left of the natural beauty of our shores.

The Anna Maria Island area of Cortez is already way over capacity and we are all inconvenienced by the traffic lineups. We need to protect the remaining coastal green spaces. It is crucial that we protect bird and animal habitat now, before it is too late.
