Send beruff packing - there aren't enough roads as it is. BTW, all the new residents will be near the sewage treatment plant, so they will want that moved too

It's simple. Only allow development that conforms with all the existing rules, regulations, and zoning laws that are already in place. Making exceptions only degrades the beauty of our environment and unjustly benefits unscrupulous developers. They'll make plenty of profit without breaking the established rules for new development.
