This development should have never happened!! Neil & Neil has destroyed so many environmentaly sensitive ecosystems from developing they should be banned for ever doing it again!

We don't need any more development! The area is being ruined very quickly by all the development. We don't need any more overcrowding and traffic congestion. What we need desperately is to have as much land as possible SAVED!!!!! Save Long Bar Pointe.

I oppose dredging and removing or mitigating the mangroves, particularly in that area of Sarasota Bay which is a vitally important habitat for fish and fowl.

This development will seriously harm, and eventually destroy or estuary. No! They have already destroyed all wildlife habitat on the land side!

At what point will we stop building! We are already over populated and our infrastructure is already overwhelmed. Our waters are already overwhelmed with pollution, the last thing we need is more runoff into our waters. Save our ecosystem and long bar point

Unfortunately real estate developers have the county commissioners in their back pocket, it breaks my heart to see what is happening to the town I grew up in over greed!

I don't know how it could ever be called "Aqua by the Bay"as there wouldn't be anything but dreams of what it USED to look like. It is so sad how the rich man destroys our environment with his condominiums, personal airstrips, but are the first to blame the honest working man when he looses that view before he drives to his dock and gets on his yacht. Then he get in his Donzi loaded down with the latest fishing garb and when his bottom machine fails to put a fish on that pretty new lure, he blames us hardworking commercial fisher man for his loss and makes a large donation to Mote only to complain objectively to the right person enough.....thus spinning `on a downward spiral to NOAA who gladly throw a longliner in jail givimg us a bad name yet again.....
This is a horrible way to treat the fish, he thinks to himself ....as millions of pelicans, gulls and other wildlife are loosing their nests where they hatched their young when the bulldozer flatens the only home they ever knew. Seem Fair?!?!?!?!
