If players want to compete, let them compete. If they don't, why are they playing college ball? I know my daughter wants to play and is very disappointed that now that it's her time, somebody is trying to limit her.

we play because we love our sports and we already have shorter seasons. Let us keep the limited seasons we already have to play the sports we love

These DIII student-athletes have the same, if not more, passion than most DI and DII players. Acknowledge their blood, sweat and tears and show them the respect they deserve. Don't cut their schedules and deprive them of what they work so hard for all year long.
