Petition for the US Securities and Exchange Commission to look into the dealings of the founders of the company eFactor trading on the OTC Bulletin board.

Namely: Adrie Reinders and Marion Freijsen.

The below shareholders would say that they have ALL been misled and as a result of being given untruthful information they have lost money.

They also would say that had they been given the correct information, they would not have invested.

They would also say that a lot of facts were hidden from them and further investments were requested from them on false pretenses.

The below all would suggest that there has been severe breach of legal practice which has resulted in financial loss and request the SEC to look into the dealings.

One investor by the name of Mr Mark Nathwani had alerted the Commission some years ago (exact date is not known), however, surprisingly no irregular activity was picked up by the commission. We believe that, that led to further innocent shareholders losing more money.

I was on the Board of Directors until I questioned the management of the company then promptly voted off. I too lost my investment and wondered if the downfall was due to Adrie's incompetence or intentional misuse of the company's resources. We never saw his expenses though he traveled & lived lavishly. I personally warned him about the poor reputation of the NY Investment Bank he wanted to hire to find the money (they were well known to take their fees but never find the moeny). I have 2 years worth of documents if anybody's interested.

I got burned real bad on this one. Never saw a dime back and the reports were all lies. Is there a class action happening anywhere?
