Leave Augustine North at CFHS. Move new developments to schools that have room. The county should have planned for this increase in student enrollment before the developments were approved.

My family moved to Augustine five years ago for the purpose of ensuring that our children would all go to Colonial Forge high school. The connection that the residents of Augustine have with Colonial Forge is unmatched and should not be disrupted now or at any point in the future. Any consideration given to the redistricting of Augustine to any other school should not be up for debate.

I strongly support this petition.

After retiring from active duty a few years ago, one of my main reasons for remaining in the area has been to allow my son to attend the same high school as his older sister. It is also why he has wanted to stay. Please do not destroy this hope by rezoning. Colonial Forge should continue to be our high school.

This proposed school redistricting is a travesty for Augustine North. Do not allow this to happen to an established community that has been sending children to Colonial Forge for years. Why are we on the target list all of a sudden? Please do the right thing! You have the opportunity as elected officials to make the right decision, based on truth, morals, and most of all ethics. This situation is shameful.

I graduated from CFHS two years ago, excited for my younger brother to follow in my steps and get the same great education I did with some of the same amazing teachers. I feel that this zoning is abrupt and unfair to half of a neighborhood which has known nothing else. My family moved to Augustine specifically for the school. This rezoning would affect not only my brother's education but the value of my family's property which they have so lovingly invested in.

I've lived in the Augustine neighborhood for the past 20 years and my wife and I helped to build the band boosters, and other programs within CFHS. I completely back this petition for our right to retain access to CFHS for our children.

CFHS is walking distance from Augustine. Please do not re-zone us to Mountain View.

This neighborhood has legacy rights! And that should be honoured.

We had many choices when buying a home 7 yrs ago but chose Augustine North not only for it's beautiful neighborhood, but because our children would be attending the finest schools in Virginia. Colonial Forge being one of them. Our neighborhood was one of the original neighborhoods supporting Colonial Forge and that should definitely be considered when making such a big decision in redistricting. Colonial Forge needs to continue to be the HS for Augustine North children!!

Being in real estates for many years, it is important to residents in Augustine North to keep our kids in CFHS. Many people come to our area to purchase in the CFHS. Our reputation is know across the country for this school to families moving to this area.
