I'm happy to see someone petitioning because I think BCC needs to consider first and foremost what its membership wants, and self-anointed leadership clearly does not reflect that or it would not have lost the recent vote by such a huge margin.

Ryan: Thank you for taking the time to exchange ideas with me. In my 15 years as a full golf member, no board member (nor the General Manager) has ever asked my opinion. If my first interaction with you is any indication of your commitment to represent the club membership, you have my support. -Bob Yates

Thanks for your involvement Ryan. I agree that we spend way to much time on what we cant do at the club and not enough on being creative and finding ways to make good things happen. I still belive that with the right approach and a well thought out long term master plan for all facitlites we could add some new facitlites and not have to give up those that already exsist. To my knowledge we have never asked Boulder and been turned down for any square footage addition in the last 30 years. Why not try? Good luck in the fight and always happy to help in finding those solutions.

I am very against losing the pool and from what I understand, the County has not completely refused an addition to the athletic center.

Ryan certainly has some experience that may bring a new angle of collaboration to the board. I'm not saying the current BOD hasn't done some nice work, but the goal it to make the most members please with BCC and its direction. Obviously, at present, the membership is very divided. I support Ryan in his efforts.

Best of luck to you. After many years at the club we are resigning our membership we feel the club has lost its way from what it originally was meant to be. However BCC and its members would be very lucky to have you on the Board

I am also a full member and a heavy user of AC. Notwithstanding the recent, contentious vote, some things really need to receive attention; sooner rather than later. You have my support based on your expressed position. Jeff Carius
