Northamptonshire is being destroyed and turned into a dumping ground. First planners wrecked the towns, next our villages and countryside

This would not enhance the villages in any way and the infrastructure would not be able to support it .

This is a small village, with very narrow roads, 220 houses will be a constant traffic and pollution just the start of a long list of why we said NO to this proposal plan.

Building all these houses will ruin this village I don't see how the roads will cope . Developers never consider the local residents

Like to see the hall restored but not at any cost. Our villages are being ruined.

I agree in restoring a beautiful historic property but not at the cost of destroying the countryside and beautiful landscape.

Devastating for the village. Up to 600/700 cars coming out near the school. No thought as usual.

As stated this will double the size of the village, the amount of traffic that will emerge onto Sywell Road both during and after development is far too great for the road onto the new estate to deal with. It will be a very dangerous junction. The listed house directly on the road at the junction is likely to suffer greatly from this heavy traffic.

Barry Howard must have known he couldnt afford this ambitous build. Was the plan always the housing estate with the school a side line.

As a resident of Sywell, it's an excessive build in Overstone without the infrastructure in place. I also do not believe that the house will be restored.

Building on a green field site where the roads won't support the extra traffic. Very silly idea!

This has to stop. Its complete madness, the people of the villages will suffer for ever for someone's greed. The infrastructure will not cope
