Not only is this proposal not needed with over 2000 houses planned between Overstone and Moulton it would cause caos with a possible 800 traffic movements per day entering on to Sywell road opposite the School. This makes no sense what so ever.

We are at the stables adjacent to Church farm.This devolpment would destroy Victorian park land, and join in with the rest of the over devolpment of Moulton, which is already impacting on Overstone.This is a unique area of outstanding beauty, which should not be destroyed, for profit.

The road is already too busy and dangerous for school children, my car was crashed into only this week. The huge increase in traffic alone makes this a bad idea. Repair the hall or leave but no more houses.

I was under the impression the developer was restoring the house in return for permission to build a SMALL development to make it financially viable NOT give him the opportunity to double size of existing village and make millions!!

Keen to see the restoration of such an iconic building but this is not the way... This is simply a Trojan a horse... Unnecessary development and blatant profiteering, desguided as a deserving conservation project.

A building of such architectural and historical significance to the local area should be preserved and enjoyed for generations to come, even if preserved as a living ruin. A building and grounds such as Overstone Hall would best serve the local community as a country park, not demolished to make way for more houses. Why not open the grounds as a country park, charge people a small fee to enter/park their cars and raise charitable donations to at least make the building structurally sound.

Its been a land mark for a very long time needs to be rebuilt or built to make it safe.
