I served in the US Army and believe that all Americans should have the right to protect ourselves from criminals, foreign and domestic. It’s not a gun problem, people will always find a way to commit murder or other crimes if they really want to.
Virginia can't AFFORD to jail all of the LAW ABIDING CITIZENS that would be affected by this bill. We also can't afford to lose the tax dollars that they provide as productive members of society.
I live in Rockingham County VA and I am a licensed and responsible gun owner. We should reserve the right to keep our guns. Please hear our voice. Rockingham County should be a second amendment sanctuary county.
I am not legally allowed to own firearms is my opening statement but I will not stand by and watch our government try to take the ability to due so for the other thousands whom are allowed to. So for that reason I'm signing. Thank you for the petition. Much needed.
Rockingham County Virginia Board of Supervisors please support our Second Amendment Rights as guaranteed in the United States Constitution by making our County a Second Amendment Sanctuary County.
Keep our right
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED. The people who are trying to restrict ownership of firearms of any kind are literally committing a crime.

I am asking you as a father of 2 to please proclaim Rockingham County VA as a 2nd amendment sanctuary! I personally own firearms to protect my family and under the proposed laws may be considered a felon if I don’t turn them in but also will lose the right to vote as well as the right to protect my family...
