The estimation of the increase to our schools is insanely low and for the developer to flippantly say the village would have to redraw school boundaries shows the amount of knowledge and concern the developer has of this community. I am concerned about the strain on the schools and the excess water shed to the Braemar and Chapel Hill communites with the increase risk of flooding those communities. The current plan is unacceptable.

Developers good at wrapping a horrible plan in fancy pictures and presentations. Greed is driving this project. This project would be outdated within 5 years when the market flips and Lake Zurich taxpayers will be stuck with the bills.

I oppose the construction of the planned development of the Regal cinema site, there are better uses for that land. Single family home would be better than the proposed development.

I live on Grand Avenue, close enough for the traffic to affect me. I also disagree with the removal of the trees and possible flooding in already established areas.
