So many things wrong with this proposal. Our leaders will be harming everyone if they allow this monstrosity to continue. We have new development for homes and townhomes going up all over the village!!! When will this end!? Where is your sense of village pride!? Why not build something that would attract people here instead of something blatantly awful and clearly to suck every penny out of any feasible location. Not to mention the utter disregard for green spaces. This town is going in the wrong direction with all these housing u it’s being built everywhere!!

My older kids started Isaac Fox about 10 years ago and class size was 15-16. Now my youngest is there with 22-23 kids. Additional increase will affect education quality.

This is not a good fir. Don't repeat what happened to Sparrow Ridge. Too much destruction of wildlife and not enough trees planted to compensate for all the destruction for a dead storefront and two other shops- a gas station across from a gas station, and a child care center. Don't overcrowded our town, roads, or schools.

Not to mention, their traffic analyst spend 20 minutes talking specifically on how “that intersection at Rand and June Terrace can handle all the extra traffic because it was designed for high volume with its double left turns and the six lanes of traffic” (minute mark 3:05)… perfect place for a pedestrian crosswalk!

I’m against the new development.
