If you have driven down Rand Road between 7am and 9am you know why this development cannot take place. Starbucks traffic is consistently backed up on to Rand Road; just last week an ambulance could not turn on to June Terrace, needing to go around Starbucks morning traffic, where it was heading to the Tutor Time Daycare. Emergency crews have a hard time accessing the property as is and building this development would only put that many more people at risk as well as impede traffic and pedestrian safety.
Please VOTE NO ON THIS DEVELOPMENT
