I am very much against apartment style housing being built on the Regal property. I do not want to see the mature trees removed, which is happening too often in Lake Zürich…most recently on Old Rand Road. Our schools will be affected negatively because they are all at capacity and the residents of Lake Zürich do not want to be assessed/taxed to build another school. Lastly, I feel it will negatively impact are already heavy traffic on route 12 and especially at June Terrace. I do NOT have a problem with a restaurant being built on that property.

Overcrowded Costco now has more traffic. Hell no!
