There is already too much traffic on Rand Road and we don’t need the problems that an apartment complex will cause!

Another state or county road impacted that will increase traffic. Yet, snow removal ALWAYS is last on Rand Road!! How many additional vehicles & lives lost can there be? Also, there have already been a few lives lost by pedestrians on Rand Road. How many lives lost does it take to realize this is not a good idea for housing so close to Rand Road?
LZHS & May Whitney cannot even have a stop light because County Road doesn’t find value. If additional housing occurs, will the state actually care about the state road causing more safety concerns?
WOUKD BE NICE IF ELECTED OFFICIALS IN OUR COMMUNITY can be logical. ALL LIVES MATTER!

We do not want this project completed. The traffic would cause way to much congestion.

I oppose these apartments. Don’t displace the wildlife. Find a better use for this land. Traffic will be terrible.

Traffic will be overwhelmed at that intersection now, especially around the holidays when people shop at Costco. That's w/o even taking Portillo's into the equation.

It looks like you are trying to destroy the things that have made Lake Zurich a Great place to live.

Lake Zurich is becoming an overcrowded eyesore with all these gaudy townhome and condo complexes. We already have enough of that out here.

I don’t live in Lake Zurich but I use to work at Regal.
I know nonetheless the building will unfortunately get demolished but I do not agree with damaging the environment further by destroying trees and habitats for already scared and pushed out animals. We need nature in order to survive, why take that away? Why continue to and ignore what’s best for the community and add more stress. Our electrical grid can only take on so much before it eventually crashes. The intersection will always be a stress inducing mess. Flooding will get worse. maybe add to existing buildings instead of destroying more land and think for the community and the future generations to come instead of putting money first. Even Mr. Krabs knows money doesn’t make anyone happy in the end.
