Resident Opposition to 5 Research Parkway Special Permit

The amount of tractor trailer truck traffic on a residential access road will create all sorts of logistic problems in inclement weather not to mention what all the truck fumes will do to the health of the neighborhoods next to the old Bristol Meyers Squibb property.

This would completely change the neighborhood, for the worse

Strongly opposed! I'm concerned about what materials they would be storing and transporting to that area and the effect that could potentially have on the watershed if there was a spill. Also concerned about the potential 24 / 7 operation noise and many of the points brought up at the planning and zoning meeting.

I don’t think this is fair to the residents who own homes in the area.

Putting a distribution center in that location that would run 24 seven is a disturbance to the neighbors around the area and will drive the property value down of those residential areas. I oppose this proposal based on the information that was presented during PZC hearing

I am very concerned with the traffic, noise, lights, and water supply including well water if these warehouses are built so close to existing homes. I am concerned that wetlands are being filled in order to build the warehouses.

I'm concerned about the impact on our water supply, air quality, and noise.

Do not commercialize and clog up our neighborhood roads!

Stop this negative progress. watershed area. We don’t need a truck disaster destroying our protected areas.

I work on Research Parkway and putting this there would make traffic a nightmare.

How the increased traffic impacts the current road configuration is what concerns me. Rt68 is already heavy at rush hour.

I grew up in this neighborhood and support this petition.
