Children attending this school should not have to be uprooted to a new one when this historical piece can still serve its purpose. What are we teaching the new generation...if its broke, don't fix it, just destroy it? Shame on you!

My son went to Ridgeway Public school, and would hate to see anyting happen to this historic building. It adds to the charm of our town, and why would you take away anything of signifigance pertaining to Ridgeway?

hard to imagine it gone. Clock tower is charming. Repurpose it or sell it.

This building has some history as i went to school here and now my kids go to it...that school has never changed in my 40 + years it looks the same as when i went to it many years ago...not like the building that are being built today...all kinds of problems...up quick so the builders can get paid...now your taking a building that has been there and still looks great and going to demolish it....doesnt make much sense to me... Build the new school somewhere else....you got all kinds of subdavisions going up everywhere surely you can build the new school elsewheres....sad moment when that school comes down and im not speaking just for myself...

If Ridgeway every stands a chance of becoming a heritage district (and it has that possibility), this building must be saved!
