Reinstate the changes made to the graduation program to allow Regina Public Schools Students to have a full graduation banquet

Unfair to all the young graduates.

Every girl deserves to have their princess moment!

Grad banquet was a huge part of my life and I will never forget the memories I made that day/evening wearing the dress I dreamed of for years.

By taking this away from these kids you are basically telling them that their hard work all these years isn't important and has meant nothing.

Give us a grad or give us death

Make it cheaper & let these kids have their banquet. Best part of Grad 12 was being able to celebrate the completion of High School!

Just do it

I feel that if we don't give the kids something special the graduation will revert back to what it was 15-20 years ago with drinking alcohol and a lot more deaths.

I graduated last year, and the banquet was by far the highlight of my senior year. Don't take it away from the seniors to come.

Already being a graduat, it saddens me to see that there is no more banquet for these students that worked so hard to keep their grades up or even to pass school. This was their time to get all pretty and fancy and have one last hura with their graduating class.

The kids deserve this! The 4 years of hard work they put in. Very upsetting that the board is trying to do this!

You should have stopped the going over the top years ago especially with grade 8 grads. No need for hundreds to be spent on dresses and professional hairstyles. What then do the do to top grade 12 Grad. I don't think it's fair that my oldest got a Grad banquet and now you want to take it away from my younger two. Especially the year that one of them is graduating. Keep things simpler don't take it away.

Grad was easily one of the best days of my high school experience! It was an awesome celebration with all of my friends and classmates AND teachers over the last 4 years and is easily one of my fondest memories of my teenage years. My sister is in grade 11, and she has been through so much that I can't imagine her not getting the experience to get a nice dress and get done up and be able to CELEBRATE the amazing experience I was able to.

I've already graduated and through the catholic school division at that, but that doesn't matter. EVERYONE should be able to get the chance to experience this and achieve it for their hard work. It's exciting and earned.

This is something many students look forward to, and shouldn't be taken away from them.
