Let us stay together, both in the UK and Europe, to work for a better world.

It appears that in many cases people voted from a position of 'uninformed' consent or crowd influence, without fully understanding the consequences for this and future generations. Also, it seems that the referendum should have been organized more fairly in terms of setting the minimum percentage margin for majority vote - to go through. It all feels too drastic a decision and the people are clearly not ready and confused. Therefore under the circumstances it would be right thing to do and only fair to call for a second referendum.

Dear Natasha, 48% is not a minority and your reasoning is typical for someone who supports the "leave" campaign. If you have read our petition, you would have seen that our target is to start a discussion, which could possible lead to a second, more representative referendum. Petitioning the Queen is not outrageous by any measure; everyone in this country could use this right. This is all the more appropriate, considering that the Queen herself has indicated that she believes that the UK is better in than out of the EU; please, see: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/queen-elizabeth-II/11697233/Queen-wades-into-Europe-debate-as-she-says-division-is-dangerous.html The people who signed this petition are British or expats, despite their names. As for the number, I would not worry too much as this is the third hour of the existence of this petition.

I just wanted to say that there is no surprise that you have only gathered 12 signatures, and a quarter of them are from foreign people - not even residents of the UK! If you do not want to live in a democracy where when a million more people believe in something that you don't think that it is a good idea, then maybe you should go live in a country without a parliament and without a democracy, ruled not by what the MAJORITY of people think is a good idea but what one, or maybe just a couple of people think is a good idea (like this petition!). An appeal to the queen is outrageous, and even if she bothered to look at a petition with only 12 signatures, I doubt she would side with the MINORITY of Her subjects.

I believe that referendum was not really understand by most of the people! Also because of stormy weather in London and south of UK,saddly a lot of people didn't manage to vote. Personally I think if UK really leave EU will be go back economically and will meet a great danger of recession!
