Protect Pebble Creek Parkway (PCP)

I have lived in Pebble Creek for 28 years. We already have enough problems with speeding vehicles on Pebble Creek Parkway. We absolutely do not need a four lane highway/expressway going through our neighborhood. Please do not compromise our neighborhood's integrity and devalue our property. Please consider another alternative like Rock Prairie Road. However, I do not believe this expansion is even necessary and is a waste of tax payer dollars. Thank you

No expansion of Pebble Creek Parkway!

This neighborhood also has a lot of golf cart traffic which would make it more dangerous if the road is extended to through traffic!! There is a reason people choose to live in this neighborhood. Don’t change it!!

New north-south high capacity travel lanes need to be established in a corridor to the east of the Pebble Creek residential area because the current proposal will significantly increase danger to those who live within the pebble Creek development, especially children.

Let’s stop the widening of Pebble Creek Parkway!

An attempt to widen Pebble Creek Walkway would not be progress to the city of College Station and it would be a detriment to the residents of Pebble Creek. Many residents use the walks and bike lines along the parkway for walking both children and dogs as well as cyclists and golf carts. Any additional lanes would pose safety risks to all of those

I do not want to see the 40 foot tall live oak in my backyard cut down to make room for another lane on Pebble Creek Pkwy. CS needs to stop trying to destroy our neighborhood.

My yard backs to Pebble Creek Pkwy and I don't want at four lane road 25 feet from my back door.

The safety of members will be at stake with such an increase in lanes and traffic. Golfers crossover on the back nine in two locations and with increased traffic, the golfers will be in danger of being hit. Also, families and older people crossover in carts to go to the club from their homes. We do not want them endangered by an extension and expansion.
