Horton should not be allowed to build in C.S. Due to substandard homes, lawsuits and therefore no road widening needs to be done.

Rerouting traffic from Hwy 6 through our neighborhood does nothing to help Hwy 6 congestion. It just sends congestion into our neighborhood.

the parkway has bike lanes and a golf course crossing. would be insane to make this 4 lanes.

Our property backs up to Pebble Creek Pkwy. More traffic would definitely lower our property value. We do not approve of this plan for our subdivision.

You will be giving a large rear entrance to our quiet and protected neighborhood. NO WAY should this connection be made.

Extending the Pebble Creek Parkway will endanger pedestrians, lower property values, and detract from the character of a charming neighborhood.

The widening and extension of the street threatens our beloved Pebble Creek with more traffic, noise, crime, lower property values, safety risks, and loss of neighborhood character.

Expansion of Pebble Creek Parkway to 4 lanes will be a dangerous decision and put many lives including children at risk. As traffic continues to back up on Hwy 6 during morning and late afternoon congestion, Class A trucks that have to travel on William Fitch to get to their destination and will cut through the Pebble Creek Parkway Extension to get to their destinations. These trucks include daily runs to the C.S. dump facility, Vacuum trucks hauling oilfield salt water waste and other crude oil bearing waste to the salt water disposal facility on Tonkaway Lake Rd, and the Republic Hazardous Waste Facility located on Hwy 30 in Grimes County. College Station is not taking into consideration the risk to all homeowners, especially school children who exit multiple locations on Pebble Creek Parkway via school bus drop offs, the bike and golf cart traffic on Pebble Creek Parkway and the numerous pedestrian crosswalks that cross Pebble Creek Parkway. Class A trucks cannot stop fast enough especially in emergency situations at 30 - 35 mph with a child on a bike not paying attention to traffic. The most dangerous aspect to creating a four lane Pebble Creek Parkway is the non resident traffic cutting through that are not familiar with the hazards mentioned above, and are in a hurry to get to their destinations going to work or coming home. Finally, I walk Pebble Creek now. I count for my own amusement the number of current drivers looking at their phone while navigating Pebble Creek Parkway coming home from work or going to work. Increase the traffic with 2 additional lanes and "when, not if you have a fatality that could have been prevented. Hopefully the CS City Council has an alternative at their disposal to avoid this potential hazard. Make the future developers south of Pebble Creek Parkway develop in their plans arterial roads to relieve traffic to and from Hwy 6 and not cut corners by expanding Pebble Creek Parkway to a 4 lane death trap.

Please protect Pebble Creek Parkway! More traffic and more unwanted people will be a hugh mistake. We all opted to buy and/or build our homes here due in large part to the quiet lovely place the Pebble is. Please do not spoil it for us!
