Protect Pebble Creek Parkway (PCP)

Decreasing our property values will also decrease the revenue collected from our property taxes.

Totally against this project that comprises the integrity of the entire Pebble Creek Neighborhood.

There are several other options for traffic expansions that involve much more undeveloped areas instead of compromising our existing neighborhood’s integrity.

Please do not widen or extend Pebble Creek Parkway! We love our neighborhood!

This will be part of the I-14 system. Hwy 6 is choking with traffic and it will get worse during the construction to widen the bypass. The question is where the East bypass will extend. A outer loop would be best.

With one portion of Pebble Creek Parkway that has no median, the road can only be widened by removing the bike lanes or taking land from the golf course. Either action would be political suicide. Pebble Creek votes, with the highest percentage of eligible voters actually voting of any precinct in College Station.

This is a very bad idea!!!

Please do not continue with the widening of Pebble Creek Blvd. There is another solution- widen and repair Rock Prairie from hwy 6 (Peach. Creek - Rock Prairie - to William D. Fitch). It has to be repaired anyway.

There is no need for an additional road in Pebble Creek. The County has stopped the East Loop. Why do you need to create more traffic here?

A Timelapse video of all the bicycles, walkers, joggers, runners and golf carts going to and from golf course as well as carts crossing Pebblecreek pkwy in various spots while playing the entire 18 holes would show just how wrong this expansion would be to our community.

I am against the city of College Station making Pebble Creek Parkway a four lane roadway, extending Pebble Creek Parkway South or North, or any other modifications under the guise of improving city mobility.
