If we don't stop, we are going to look like Destin! Please preserve what little natural areas we have left!

Please do not change the Poiint Washington Land Developement Code to make this developer happy and ruin the area of all of our beloved Point Washington, and destroy the historic nature of the Community. Do not vote for this. It would be disastrous!

Adhere tooo the code, area is not suited for that kind of commercial development. Take it somewhere else.

Attend worship there and worked at the preschool at PWUMC.
Traffic would be a nightmare worse than it already is. There are 3 schools in the area. Not a good place for that kind of development.

The proposed development is across the street from my residence. Please consider going back to the drawing board and no deviances.

I am against this development. It does not meet the code for Point Washington and should be tabled. We have codes in Walton Co. and all developers should obey the regulations..

This is a sensitive wetlands area, and proper evacuation routes and infrastructure in the land code development code must remain intact. The setbacks must not be reduced. The green spaces are essential. Creating more traffic problems becomes of dire consequence in an area prone to intense tropical storms and hurricanes during the majority of the year. Develop intelligently, or leave it to locals.
