This is one of the many reason I’ve left the field. Always having to compete for fair wages. Never a steady pay stream. Heaven forbid technicians are able to retire at some point.

Be fair to the ones that have direct contact with your customers when they are having problems.

It is hard to understand???? More work required to submit a claim . I can probably can do that in the time..........Don’t expect a quality repair!!!!!!!

My 2017 Elantra Sport was the absolute worst vehicle I've ever owned. 100+ days at the dealership with over $15,000 in warranty repair bills in 2½ years and 60,000 miles of ownership with frequent and routine servicing and maintenance. Hopefully this steers Hyundai and Kia into proper practice.

They just keeping adding more steps and more reasons to have to call Techline. However the times for labor payout keep reducing and it makes no sense. Punish the people who actually do the labor and get the problem resolved in the only area the customer actually cares about..good strategy.

Cutting the labor time makes no sense when the time to get this engines approved takes longer now.

This new labor time is way too low. You can NOT make anytime doing these repairs under the recall guidelines. You will now be loosing money to repair these recalls.
