Cutting labor times and adding more steps to obtain a PWA to replaced a failed engine is very unfair.

Labor keeps going down and this is the latest example of it. We are under a lot stress trying to hit our productivity numbers

The manufacturer keeps lowering our labor time and our service manager keeps pressuring us about our productivity. This is a stressful situation

It’s making it hard for techs to put food on their table and shops to pay the power bills and taxes

My husaband has been with Hyundai since 2007 and each year is harder to pay our bills because warranty rates keep dropping.

Requiring more work and having less pay time is unreasonable. I absolutely can not get these engines done in the time given.

Hyundai with lowering times for warranty repair will cause a shortage of quality techs. Need to raise times not lower!!!!!

I became a technician in September of 1983 what's a Master Mechanic for Toyota Senior Elite master 4 Mazda and Senior Elite Master for Isuzu and became a platinum Master for Hyundai in 2005 and never have I seen so much ignorant redundant testing for an engine that has already clearly failed the test and I have wasted 30-minutes the first time and then I'm going to waste 30 minutes again the second time because Hyundai doesn't believe they have an engine problem after all of the testing and time wasted you finally get approval to install an engine that has had the time cut for the installation and no extra pay for redundant testing something needs to give you're taking away time so we could be spending earning a living for our families

This is ridiculous. These technicians need to be paid fairly. Pay your people right so you can have good ling lasting employees
