With required testing and replacement of engine possible seized etc. a proper good job cannot be done in this allotted amount of time.

The new labor times for engine replacement is highly unfair. I ask for it to be changed back to original times, specially considering the extra steps we have to take to prove the engines are faulty when Kia knows they have this problem.

After 14 years of being a kia tech. This is it for me. I fill that it’s time to move on. It’s already hard as a tech in this time. For a major company to pull money from the backs of the people that keep dealerships running is a Disgrace.

Stop trying to save money by cutting our hours or you’ll have no one to cut hours from.

I’m the service manager at a Kia dealer. I will not stand for this. All the testing they require us to do is time consuming and now we get paid LESS?!

Kia says they take pride in their cars. Then they should take pride and care of the techs that keep kia going down the road

I've been a Kia tech for over 13 yrs. With changing the labor time is unfair. Who pays for the test drives after wards, checking for any leaks, which from time to time I find either a oil leak or coolant leak. Or when you find a new engine is out of time and rattling. Who pays for the tech doing another tech case, video or paperwork. Please leave wellness alone and put the labor time back to where it was.

And they wonder why dealers are having trouble finding experience technicians and the existing ones leave when they realize that there is more and better, working for independent shops
