restore fair labor times for Kia's PI1803/PI802 and Hyundai's T3G engine replacement campaigns

New labor times with more paper work to be done and more time trying to contact hotline is not fair.

I don’t agree with Hyundai/Kia asking us technicians to do more work for less money.

Hyundai/kia labor times suck ass.....ide like to see a rep come out with hand tools and do a engine start to finish in the times they pay

Unfair time I can't replace a engine in 6 hours. If I want to give my time away I'll find another job.

Need to go up in hours not down an also time for diagnostic

Unreasonable to lower labor times when conditions of engines change constantly. You should take care of your employees or no one will want to do this job

Unfair labor per Hyundai has been increasing and as a 20 year tech (11 with hyundai) the times given are mostly not with testing . American car dealers give fair time to inspect the vehical and give a proper diagnosis. Now with all extra testing needed with and reduction of time t3g it appears as if hyundai is blaming us for their incompetence in building a engine.

Fair labor practices - if the person creating the policy can’t physically do the job in the time they allotted then they shouldn’t be putting forth such a policy.

This is absurd. If time keeps getting cut technicians will start to walk
