Keep us wanting to do these properly before we find ways to "flat rate" and perform poor repairs.

It is rediculous the slashing of these times. Basically giving everyone a huge pay cut!

Have been a Hyundai tech for 18 years and have seen the changes in Hyundais quality. From junk to good to great and now back to junk. There is alot of things for Hyundai to fix. Start with the labor times on T3G. Hyundai keeps dropping times then alot of techs will bounce. Really good techs are hard to find in these times. While they arw at it, how bout they bring back star money instead of the star points crap. That would motivate most people lol..

Customer satisfaction and fixed right first time is preached . Now, techs have to rush to keep up with new labor times which will lead to more come backs. This will come back to haunt you. Just remember "you get what you pay for"

I have been a Kia tech for the last 15 years. In the last 3 years alone all the customer pay repairs we would make money on would be covered by a warranty extension of some kind. In the last year alone Kia has covered any engine replacement no matter what the cause is. And currently making the techs jump through so many hoops to get their useless engines covered knowing they are junk. We the techs have been working on these vehicles for Kia alot of times for free to make a paycheck to support our families. Unfortunately the time has come go where it is not worth it any longer. We all need to have a national walkout and see who will fix all their issues as the new techs don't have what it takes. And I wouldn't recommend being a Kia tech any longer.

It’s truly unfair. I work for a split dealer vw and Hyundai and engine replacements on vw are around 15hr warranty time. They need to step up and support the technicians as much as they do the customers.
